Spotlight St. Thomas - Sapphire Beach

A steady breeze makes this beach a boardsailor's paradise. The swimming is great, as is the snorkeling, especially at the reef near Pettyklip Point. Beach volleyball is big on the weekends. Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina has a snack shop, bar, and water-sports rentals. Amenities: food and drink; water sports. Best for: snorkeling; swimming; windsurfing.

For those interested in visiting Sapphire beach, Chris (Cvv22) is organizing transportation for 20/pp in an open air bus from the cruise dock leaving at 9am and returning around 1pm giving cruisers a bit of time to shop as well.  Visit the CC roll call for details and post if you are interested in joining.
