Cruise-goer Debbi Brownell posted an image of the creations, made by the ship's cabin steward and cleaning crew and left on lucky travellers' beds, onto Twitter, saying: "Miss our buddies from our cruise".

The snap, which was taken on board the Carnival Liberty ship, was retweeted by the Carnival Cruise Line last night, saying: "They miss you too, we love these".

It shows a variety of creatures, created from the sheets and towels in her room, laying across the bed.

There’s a frog, dog, monkey and even a stingray.
