The food at Maria’s reflects her background but has developed an international flavor over the years. Consequently, visitors can still sample Maria’s famous conch chowder and home-baked rolls straight from the oven but they can also indulge in delicious lobster, steak, fish and, another specialty, liver. One welcome legacy from the days when Maria’s was a local restaurant – the portions here are distinctly on the generous side!
Maria’s by the Sea is an ideal spot for lunch when you’ve been in the hustle of Road Town center and you can relax in the gentle breezes from the sea. Alternatively, come in the evening and sample the blend of local hospitality and international cuisine and sophistication.
